The original Northern Lights genotype has been known for generations as a source of revolutionary varieties and specimens such as NL 1, NL 2 and NL 5, as well as key NL 5×2 hybrids, Shiva Skunk, Hash Plant, Silver Pearl and Northern Lights 5 x Haze. Northern Lights Automatic is derived from the same pool of extremely resistant genes, combining strains NL 5 and NL 2 with our best feminized self-flowering indica, by crossing with native NL specimens. As with most forms in its strain, Northern Lights Automatic is grown indoors, in appropriate lighting conditions. However, this strain also works well outdoors in a warm, sunny Mediterranean climate. The NL Automatic variety, whether grown as a room or garden plant, needs just 11 weeks to go from germination to harvesting! The flowering period usually begins from 20 to 30 days after the seedlings grow above the cultivated surface, regardless of the irradiation cycle. The flowering phase ends after 50–60 days. In the case of growing in a closed room and longer daylight exposure, the flowering cycle may end a little earlier, but this difference usually does not matter much. Before the harvest period, Northern Lights Automatic usually reaches a height of 60-90 cm. This variety continues the traditions of its already classic ancestors. It guarantees a quick and reliable collection, surprisingly giving off a scent. Despite this, its buds produce a sweet aroma and, thanks to the thick coating of hairs rich in THC substances, are characterized by extremely strong action!
