Northern Lights is one of the most famous marijuana varieties in the world. It was created in the USA in the ’70s from Afghan genetics. In the ’80s the plant went to the Netherlands. Northern Lights autoflowering is ideal for indoor cultivation, but can also be grown outdoors in warm climates. Almost immediately, the plant begins to grow and produce flowers, and is ready for harvest after 9-10 weeks after sowing. Northern Lights Automatic gives a large harvest, is probably the most efficient autoflowering variety. It grows to 90-120 cm and is quite wide for an automaton, but it returns later in the harvest. Grown outdoors in Spain, some plants produce up to 200 g of crops. In indoor cultivation, the average is about 90 g in good conditions. When smoking, it has a sweet taste and provides a strong physical effect.
